In 2021, the Urban of daxing district, established a partnership with Porient to deploy distributed recording remote management system and over 100 intelligent recording communication terminals A7658N. These were used for the centralized management of the 12345 citizen hotline follow-up calls from the district government's subordinate committees, offices, bureaus, and township governments, improving work order processing efficiency and thereby enhancing public satisfaction.
The 12345 citizen hotline receives and handles a large amount of feedback and complaints from citizens every day, addressing various requests and appeals made to the government by citizens, suggestions on urban management and public services, as well as various information inquiries. Recently, due to the repeated outbreaks of COVID-19 and stricter epidemic control measures, the volume of feedback from citizens has increased significantly, thus increasing the difficulty of work for the 12345 citizen service hotline.
In order to enhance the satisfaction of the public with the 12345 citizen service hotline and improve the efficiency of work order processing, led by the Management Command Center, the distributed recording remote management system and intelligent recording communication terminals have been deployed at the 12345 work positions of various committees, offices, bureaus, and township governments. This facilitates remote inspection, adjustment, and centralized management of the hotline follow-up orders dispatched by Management Command Center to various committees, offices, bureaus, and township governments.
By deploying, phone recordings of completed communications between 12345 staff and the public can be directly uploaded to the server and associated with the 12345 work order system. Staff can view the recordings on the terminal phone or listen to them on the system. These recordings provide a true representation of the event process, which helps improve the work efficiency of the Daxing District Command Center, enhance public satisfaction, and avoid unnecessary disputes.
