Recently, based on the existing smart court construction, the Yunnan Provincial Higher People's Court has launched over 600 voice evidence storage terminals A9668 and supporting voice evidence storage software, which are used for daily case handling and work communication in criminal, civil, administrative, case filing, trial supervision, enforcement, and other business departments, as well as in administrative and party affairs departments such as offices, supervisory offices, and bailiff teams.

The voice evidence storage system boasts various functions such as centralized management of recorded calls, one-click dialing, intelligent matching of incoming calls with case information, archiving of information and data for evidence storage, dual backup of recording data, and intelligent recognition of call scenarios. These functions simplify court case handling, significantly shorten the case handling process, enhance work efficiency, and lay the foundation for speeding up trial and enforcement work.

Previously, managing audio recordings related to the Yunnan Provincial Higher People's Court was quite challenging. The audio data from the trial and enforcement systems were relatively independent, making it impossible to achieve convenient and effective centralized management of audio recordings. At the same time, incoming and outgoing phone recordings could not be linked to electronic case files for automatic archiving, and there was a lack of statistical analysis functionality. This resulted in inconvenience in searching for case audio data and affected case handling efficiency.

The introduction of the voice storage system has effectively solved the problem of scattered original communication audio files and independent data in litigation cases handled by the Yunnan Provincial Higher People's Court. It provides convenient and fast search, one-click dialing, intelligent matching of incoming calls with cases, and binding of audio data to case files. It can comprehensively control the voice traces during the trial and enforcement process, providing convenience for the judge team and case handlers of the Yunnan Provincial Higher People's Court.
