State Grid Fujian Electric Power Co., Ltd. is responsible for power supply within the administrative region , encompassing 2 districts and 8 counties. It oversees 12 functional departments, 12 business support departments, 10 county-level power supply companies, 1 provincial-managed industrial unit regional company, and 6 regional subsidiaries.       

Faced with the increasingly complex and frequent communication tasks related to the distribution network dispatching in various business departments, the traditional telephone communication method alone has become inadequate to meet the current communication needs. Therefore, there is an urgent need to upgrade communication equipment and diversify communication means.

Recently, State Grid Company has partnered with Porient to deploy multiple communication terminals, intelligent IP communication terminals, and intelligent recording communication terminals in the leadership, dispatch control center, and urban business halls. These terminals are used for command transmission, work deployment, convenient daily communication in the dispatch duty room, faceless shift handover, and recording and evidence storage for external service positions.

The dispatch control center has deployed the Communication Terminal, enabling fast, intuitive, and convenient audio and video communication within the center, greatly improving emergency command efficiency and joint dispatch capabilities.
