Call Recording--State Grid of Chaoyang
2023-06-30

State Grid of Chaoyang completed the deployment of over 800 intelligent recording terminals for use by various power supply offices in answering external service calls. This has greatly improved the quality of external services and enhanced customer satisfaction.

As a grassroots power supply service unit, the power supply station often receives various user service calls, requiring full-process voice recording to ensure the use of standardized language. In the event of disputes or complaints, it is necessary to promptly retrieve the recordings to clarify responsibilities. Traditional recording phones have a short recording duration and inconvenient recording retrieval. When recordings detrimental to employees occur, employees can delete the recordings themselves, which fails to serve as a supervisory function.

The Porient intelligent recording terminal supports ultra-long recording with clear sound quality. It adopts three storage methods: high compression, low compression, and uncompressed, fully meeting the needs of external service positions in power supply stations. The terminal features four recording modes: forced recording, on-site recording, manual recording, and time-segmented recording, adapting to various usage scenarios. It also employs multi-level password management, divided into ordinary user permissions and administrator permissions, to prevent recordings from being deleted.

The deployment of intelligent recording communication terminal will help strengthen grassroots management and control, enhance external service levels, and meet the recording and evidence storage needs of external service positions in power supply stations. At the same time, in the event of complaints, it can provide a true reproduction of on-site recordings, quickly clarify responsibilities, and protect employee rights and interests.
