State Grid of Tongliao has partnered with Porient to deploy unified communication terminal PZ200H in the power supply service command center. This is intended for rapid command transmission among duty room personnel, convenient daily communication, and recording and evidence preservation for external services.

    The command center is a customer-oriented unified command institution for State Grid of services. At the same time, it performs the collaborative command function of distribution operations. It is professionally managed vertically by the Operation and Inspection Department, Marketing Department, Control Center, Safety Supervision Department, and Office. The duty personnel needs to provide service control and service response around the clock. Due to the numerous business tasks and the need for rapid response to distribution network dispatching tasks without any errors, intuitive, intelligent, and fast communication equipment helps to improve emergency command and distribution operation efficiency, as well as enhance customer service levels.
