In December of this year, Porient collaborated with Hubei Construction Bank to jointly develop the "Hubei Construction Bank Business Part Distributed Recording Remote Management System". Once there is a business dispute, they can quickly clarify responsibilities, effectively protect bank financial managers, and avoid unnecessary responsibilities. At the same time, it can also monitor the work of individual financial managers in real time, greatly improving the business capabilities and service quality of each financial manager. This recording terminal can store 2000 hours of recordings, which can be queried and listened to on site, and adopts an automatic scheduled deletion mode, which has absolute protection effect on data security. In addition, the management personnel of the Provincial Construction Bank can also access recordings at any time on the recording management platform, directly contacting front-line business, facilitating business tracking and guidance, greatly improving the remote management ability of the Hubei Provincial Construction Bank's personal finance department. The most important thing is that this recording system can store 500000 hours of recordings, meeting the backup and storage needs of Hubei Provincial Construction Bank's recording data within 5 years, and reserving interfaces for other business applications of the Provincial Construction Bank's personal finance department in the future, which is easy to upgrade and expand, effectively improving the office automation level and work efficiency of Hubei Provincial Construction Bank.
