Recently, the Yanqing District Market Supervision Administration of Beijing has reached a cooperation agreement with Porient to install and deploy integrated video conferencing system for internal video conferencing, instruction transmission, and work deployment.

After the merger of Yanqing Administration for Industry and Commerce, Quality Inspection Bureau, and Food and Drug Bureau, due to the remote location of many grassroots food and drug offices in the original Food and Drug Bureau, it is necessary to travel long distances to the conference venue every time to attend the Municipal Supervision Bureau meeting, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive, and the conference cost is extremely high.

In order to solve the above problems, avoid long-distance meetings for grassroots units, and improve meeting efficiency, Porient has installed and deployed multiple ultra high definition video conference terminals and its subordinate units for holding video conferences between  Bureau and its subordinate municipal supervision offices.
